The 2019 CrossFit Open Workouts are back again! The CrossFit Games Open is the time each year CrossFit athletes get to see how they perform compared to other CrossFitters around the world. The Open is comprised of five workouts over five weeks. Open workouts are identified by their year and the order in which they appear (for example the 2014 Open started with 14.1). The workouts are released every Thursday during the five weeks of the Open, any athlete who has registered for the Open has until 5 p.m. PT on the following Monday to submit their best score online.

For our box and community we will do the Open Workouts on Saturdays form 10:00-12:00. During this time we will discuss movements standards, how to judge one another and how best strategies for the workouts. Athletes who have registered for the Open will have a certified judge checking their standards during the workouts. The Open is a good opportunity to see and evaluate where your fitness is. The energy and support from the community makes you push your limits even more.
