Private Coaching are 1 on 1 sessions wherein we focus on the members’ goals.
Rates can differ per person and is dependent on the period and difficulty of the members’ goal.
Specified Programs are programs made by our coaches for members to work on independently. Specified programs could be getting your first strict or kipping pull-up, handstand hold or handstand push-ups, increase your general strength through a strength program and etc.
